First and foremost about eye care is that you should never take your eyes for granted. Any type of diseases is capable of affecting the eye’s functioning and it can lead to indelible and serious consequences. When you experience an unfortunate loss of your eyesight because of genetic reasons, accidents or grave diseases, you will require flawless medical attention.
However, you can exercise good eyes treatment by following the proper nutrition guidelines and paying some very special attention to your eyes. Among all of the consequences that are known to pose some serious threats to the eyes, you will find obesity, exposure to sunlight, age and smoking. Even though, there are definitely some factors that can’t be controlled, all of the others are definitely capable of being improved. Please read more here about eyes treatment.

What’s the difference between HGH (Human Growth Hormone) & Cortisone baseball players used. Are they both illegal? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM? That’s my main question. Which is used for what? Awesome answer posted by b m. Thank you.
Both HGH and Cortisone are legal with a prescription. Both are natural hormones made by the human body, though they can also be artificially synthesized. Athletes are often permitted to use cortisone, because cortisone isn’t really performance-enhancing. Athletes are sometimes permitted to use HGH, usually in the case that they are still quite young (less than 20) and they would naturally be unusually short without using supplemental HGH. The only case like this I can think of off the top of my head is the Argentinian soccer player Lionel Messi, who is 18, and is legally receiving supplemental HGH so he reaches a normal height. Cortisone is usually injected directly into the injured area. It is a non-performance-enhancing steroid which acts primarily locally (it doesn’t have much effect on the whole body, just in the area where it is injected). Cortisone suppresses the body’s pain response in the injured area, allowing players to play through pain. HGH is a very important hormone which has effects on your entire body. The amount of HGH in your body is the biggest factor determining how tall you will grow. HGH prompts bone growth and many other effects throughout the entire body. HGH is legal with a prescription, like cortisone, but because HGH is a much more powerful natural hormone, the potential for HGH abuse and illegal use is much greater than that for cortisone.

What is the best natural way to lower cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure?
Hypertension management is often a 3-step approach. Step 1 is changes in diet, weight and lifestyle. Steps 2 & 3 involve medication in addition to Step 1. Step 1 changes mean a low-sodium, low-cholesterol/fat, balanced and healthy diet. Plenty of water. Then there’s the matter of excess weight. Lose it. Changing one’s lifestyle means stress management, more exercise/activity, no smoking, no alcohol. This is all natural, no pills and effective.

They have been developing over nine years now. When I went to two different eye doctors they claimed that any parasite would not take years to develop. They said that “floaters” are common in people my age. Floaters do not look like worms. The pictures at http://www.chirurgiatoracica.org/images/immagi11.jpg look very similar to what I can see in my eyes. It offends me that something as serious as this is written off as a nonissue by professionals who should show more concern. I suspect that many people are suffering from and even dying from treatable conditions that professionals overlook as possible, when a simpler explanation than the truth will move the problem off their own porch.
there is no treatment. it is debris in your eye. no drop or injection, ointment or pill will take them away. to get them out a doctor can go into the vitreous of your eye and try to snag them out in the mean time you will loose all the vision in your eye. its kinda like fishing for a piece of hair in a bowl of jello. realize how small this thing is and how much damage to your vitreous can be done if any one would attempt to take it out. this is y they tell you it cant be done. its not worth it. they wont hurt you

Someone told me Sperm was good for the skin…Is that a lot of BULL.. Not that I would like in on me… Ugh.. Would have to like sperm , one's choice I guess. I like a women secretion.. Tastes good.. But is it good for you health wise?
Let's see now. Male secretions, a.k.a. semen is made up of about 2–5% spermatozoa and some 60% of the volume is seminal plasma. Seminal plasma of humans contains a complex range of organic and inorganic constituents including metal and salt ions, sugars, lipids, steroid hormones, enzymes, prostaglandin hormones, amino acids and basic amines such as putrescine, spermine, spermidine and cadaverine. Since the seminal plasma provides a nutritive and protective medium for the spermatozoa during their journey through the female reproductive tract, it has been believed for a long time that the same protective properties can help protect skin from the environment. The poster jnunz5353 suggests that there is a lot of acid in sperm, the truth is that there area lot of alkalis is sperm. The female reproductive tract if filled with acids, and the alkaline bases in the seminal plasma counteract the acids and protect DNA inside the sperm from acidic denaturation.
As for it's benefit to skin, Well, semen contains proteins, which tightens the skin helping with wrinkles. It also contains an abundance of natural lipids, essential amino acids and prostaglandin, natural substances which aid in skin repair and increase blood flow bringing in more nutrients to the to the skin. So I would venture to say that it's not bad and may be good.
As for female fluids, I would venture to say that they probably have little if nay skin health benefits since the vaginal microflora produce lactic acid and acid is not a good thing to ad to the skin unless you are trying to dry it out.

I have Hashimoto’s disease/hypo-thyroidism and when my blood tests came back recently, they found that the Human Growth Hormone was slightly elevated. The doctor didn’t really explain it, and I was just wondering what caused it, and if it should be of concern, thanks
Hello…growth hormone is produced directly by the pituitary gland. If HGH it is elevated then pituitary tumors or cysts should be investigated as a possible cause. Your Dr. should be doing other testing to see if other hormones are off also. The fact that you have Hashimotos can be deceiving to Drs…I had Hashimotos AND a pituitary problem but both were misdiagnosed because together it through my TSH (thyroid) tests off. If your Dr. is going solely on TSH to say the pituitary is ok, he could be missing it. In any case, if you are not seeing an endocrinologist you should see one with pituitary expertise. This site has good Dr. listings: www.pituitary.org and this one is good for looking at possible pituitary symptoms: http://www.goodhormonehealth.com/symptoms/gland_hormone_symptom_table.html

i have gallstones, what are the best foods to avoid and the best ones to eat?
REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone’s concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. “Cancer is never the first illness,” Chiu Nan points out. “Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer. In my research in China , I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It’s a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can’t digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.” So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked. Regimen: 1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally. 2. On the sixth day, take no dinner. 3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. 4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts. 5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. PS. 1cup=250ml, ½ cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.) The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. “Usually they float,” Chiu Nan notes. “You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many.” “Even if you don’t have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It’s always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.
